Wayfinders program offers personalized conversations and resources to encourage Person Centred Planning through one-on-one Visioning and Path finding, to empower people with disabilities discover their direction towards fuller, richer lives in community.
The end goal for a program may be gainful employment but the path towards this goal is much more!
